Bad Botox in South Florida

Florida health officials are warning people to avoid getting anti-wrinkle injections in south Florida.

This comes after four people received fake botox injections and were paralyzed by the shots. It's believed those shots came from vials sold by a company called Toxin Research International.

At a court hearing in Fort Lauderdale, Florida Monday, a judge heard a government request to block toxin research and it's affiliates from offering the substance for sale. The good news is the botox under question was only delivered to south Florida in the past year.
