Movie Gallery Buys Hollywood Video

Your favorite blockbusters may be coming from the Movie Gallery instead of Hollywood Video after a deal Monday.

The merger of the number two and three video chains was announced Monday. Hollywood entertainment's selling price was $850 million dollars.

There are at least six Hollywood video stores here in Lubbock. No word yet if any name changes are in store.
