Activities scheduled across Lubbock this week include:

  • Lubbock Stroke Club meets Tuesday morning at 11am at Furr's on Slide road. Stroke survivors, family and friends are welcome.
  • The Better Breathers Support Group meets Thursday night at 7pm at Knipling Center for those interested in lung disease.
  • For cancer survivors, a movement therapy session is planned at Joe Arrington on Thursday from 6pm to 7pm. To reserve your space, call 725-6579 .
  • The cancer survivors support group will meet from 7pm to 8pm Thursday at Joe Arrington. It's an ongoing support group for cancer survivors, their family and friends.
