TX Bill Proposes Change To Allow 24 Hour Alcohol Sales - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A new bill in the Texas House would allow hotel bars to serve alcoholic beverages all day, every day.

The bill, filed by a Democratic representative from Houston, would require that alcohol sold at hotel bars be consumed on site. State law currently allows no 24-hour alcohol sales.
