Fire Destroys Central Lubbock Apartment

Fire investigators believe an electrical short caused a fire in central Lubbock Tuesday morning.

Crews found heavy smoke billowing from a rear apartment in the 1900 Block of 43rd Street around 8:30am Tuesday morning. Officials believe the apartment is a complete loss.
