Redistricting Returns To Texas Courtroom - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

The fight over redistricting has returned to a Texas courtroom Friday. Last October, the U.S. Supreme Court sent the redistricting case back for review by an East Texas-based Federal Court.

On Friday, attorneys for state Democrats told the judges that the Republican-backed redistricting plan was unfair. Attorneys for the state, however, argued that the judges' decision last year to uphold the plan is correct.
