Owner Fences Site Following Neighborhood Complaints

The owner of a dump site in East Lubbock has now secured the area with a new fence.

Trash and debris fill this football size hole at Parkay Drive and Guava Avenue. Residence there have complained that it is a hazard to the neighborhood.  We've also learned the 40-year-old dump is expected to be filled with dirt as early as this summer.
