PLAINVIEW, TX (KCBD) - Funeral arrangements have been made for a family who died in a plane crash in Plainview.

The FAA says the single-engine Beechcraft Bonanza crashed while departing from Hale County Airport in Plainview, Texas, around 9:15 p.m. Friday. Local authorities reported that the aircraft was destroyed by fire after the crash.

Paul Waller, 46, Tammy Waller, 44, and Michele Waller, 18 all died on the scene; they were the only passengers.

The family has one remaining son who is a minor, his name has not been released.

The Plainview High School Powerhouse of the Plains Band has scheduled a balloon launch in memory of Paul, Tammy and Michele Waller at Noon on Wednesday in Kidsville. Michele was a member of the band, and Paul and Tammie were active members of the Band Booster Club. Everyone is welcome to attend. It is requested that you bring your own balloon.

A visitation will be held for all three family members at Kornerstone Funeral Directors on Thursday, June 4 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Their funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, June 5 at First Baptist Church in Plainview. Burial will follow at Parklawn Memorial Gardens.
