LISD PTA Members Discuss Legislative Priorities - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

PTA members are voicing their concerns to lawmakers. Members of the Lubbock ISD PTA met with the Executive Director of Texas PTA on Wednesday afternoon. In addition to school funding concerns, the members want to make childhood obesity a priority.

They want to lobby for better physical education classes and healthier foods in the cafeteria.
