Lorenzo Students Spread Love With Valentine's Fundraiser - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Some South Plains students are letting their love for others shine this Valentine's Day.

Students at the elementary school in Lorenzo sold 680 valentines to their classmates, raising more than $340 for the "From Lubbock With Love" tsunami relief effort.

Meanwhile, you can help raise money for the tsunami relief effort and take your sweetheart to a concert. Tuesday night at 7:30pm, a benefit concert will take place at the Lubbock Municipal Auditorium. Tickets are available at all Select-A-Seat locations.

So far, the South Plains has donated more than $837,000 toward the million dollar "From Lubbock With Love" goal.
