Man Indicted in Murder of Nephew - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A Lubbock man connected to the shooting death of his nephew now faces federal charges. 23-year-old Aaron Domingo Fulcher, a convicted felon was indicted in Federal court for possession of three weapons.

Fulcher also faces state charges of endangering a child following the shooting death of his 11 year-old nephew, Ronald "Tuna" Willis. Willis was shot outside the Parkway Village Apartments last September. Specifics surrounding his death are still unclear.

Some say the boy shot himself, and others said he was accidentally shot by someone else. Fulcher's federal charges do not include the weapon that killed his nephew.
