Attorneys for the former undercover agent in the Tulia drug busts say they will appeal his aggravated perjury conviction.

In January, a Lubbock jury convicted Tom Coleman of lying under oath, about a theft charge against him. Coleman was sentenced to ten years probation. His lawyers though say the verdicts were inconsistent.
