A South Plains High School is just one of ten schools to reach the finals of a national competition.
Two months ago students at Shallowater High School created a teen driver safety campaign. "Project Ignition" targeted kids in all grades and focused on driving laws, bicycle etiquette and scooter safety.
In March, the group will compete in California for a $10,000 grant. The students are also the focus of a documentary by State Farm Insuarance that will air during the finals.
