Testimony Continues in Aaron Pugh Trial - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Jurors will return to the courtroom Thursday for a fourth day of testimony in the trial of Aaron Pugh.

51-year-old Pugh is accused of breaking into a Buffalo Springs Lake home in January of last year, beating the couple inside and robbing them.

On Wednesday, Texas Rangers investigating the case took the stand. The defense is expected to call its witnesses Thursday.

If convicted, Pugh faces up to life in prison for burglary of a habitation with the intent to commit another felony. Two other defendants are still awaiting trial.
