Red Light Runner Causes Wreck

It appears a red light runner caused an accident around 6:15 a.m. Thursday. The driver of a van ran a red light at Erskine and north Avenue Q and collided with another car. EMS took two people to University Medical Center with moderate injuries.

The accident is under investigation and alcohol is suspected to be a factor.
