Volunteers bowled for more than strikes and spares Sunday at Classic Lanes. The American Cancer Society Sponsored the "A Strike Against Cancer" fundraiser. A five dollar entry fee and a minimum of ten dollars in donations were required to compete.

"All the money raised or proceeds will go to camp discovery a free camp for children with cancer," Amit Bushan said.

United Supermarkets brought the most volunteers to participate in Sunday's event.
