Lubbock Grand Jury Indicts 21-Year-Old Man For Murder

Justin Lewayne Davis will go on trial, now that a Lubbock Grand Jury has indicted him for murder.

21-year-old Justin Lewayne Davis is suspected of shooting and killing 20-year-old Martreon Moore just before Christmas in 2004. The incident happened on East Bates and North Cherry Street.

Lubbock Police are still searching for Davis. You could receive a $1,500 reward from CrimeLine if you have any information that leads police to an arrest. Call 741-1000 to report a tip.
