Lubbock Civic Services Director Retires

She brought Broadway plays, rodeos and tractor pulls to Lubbock. Now, after 33 years of service, Vicki Key is retiring as the Lubbock Civic Services Director.

A reception was held in her honor, Tuesday, at the Civic Center Banquet Hall.
