Authorities Issue Amber Alert For Tyler Teen - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Another state-wide Amber Alert has been issued in Texas, this time for a teenager from Tyler.

16-year-old Jessica Rose Hart disappeared over the weekend. Jessica is described as 5'2", weighing 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Investigators believe she may be with Llewyn "Wayland" Adkins, a 28-year-old black man who also goes by the name "Dennis Lynch". Adkins is described as 6'1" and weighs 220 pounds.

Also with them is Bonita Darlene Rodriguez, a 36-year-old white female, 5'9", weighing 285 pounds.

Although investigators say Hart has a history of running away, she normally returned the next day. If you have any information, please call the Smith County Sheriff's Department at (903) 566-6600 or call 911.
