Lubbock Co. Elections Office Searching For Community Input

Mark this date down...February 28th. It's the last chance you'll have to tell the Lubbock County Elections Office what you think about electronic voting.

The county is planning to buy new electronic voting machines with either a digital dial or a touch screen, which are supposed to make it easier for the disabled to vote. But, before they decide on a system, the county wants the community's input.

A public hearing was held Wednesday night, and the final one will be held Monday night at 7:30pm in the Lubbock County Court House.
