A new study finds parking at Texas Tech is more of a matter of convenience than parking spaces.

The study by Walker Parking Consultants found that an adequate number of spaces already exists, but that available parking could be located nearer to demand. The firm presented six goals to help improve parking at Tech. They include providing choices in parking locations and prices and improving the effectiveness of the campus bus system.

The study also found that students and employees at Tech pay less for parking than those at Texas A&M and the University of Texas.
