Trial Set To Begin In Lubbock Stabbing Case

Testimony will start Tuesday in the aggravated assault trial of a Lubbock man.

Randall Haynes is accused of stabbing the two sons of his ex-girlfriend in May of 2003. Police believe Haynes stabbed the two after Serena Levens told him their relationship was over. Haynes then reportedly left the scene but later turned himself over to police.

The 37-year0old faces 2 to 20 years if convicted.
