A cookie diet?! It sounds good, but here's the deal...you eat six cookies a day, and not your choice. These are high fiber cookies. Then dinner is six ounces of protein and two cups of vegetables.
If you can stick to it, you can lost weight fast on the cookie diet because you're only getting about 800 calories a day. But here's the problem..."The lower the calories a person is eating and the more rapidly they lose weight, the more rapidly they regain it," says Albert Stunkard, University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Stunkard adds that 800 calories a day really aren't enough to give you all the vitamins and nutrition you need to be healthy.
