Lubbock Police arrested a 33 year-old man Saturday for alleged kidnapping a 37 year-old man and then impersonating a public servant.
Police were called to a fight between the alleged abductor and the victim in the 2000 Block of North Ash Saturday morning. The suspect identified himself as a reserve police officer with the O'Donnell police. But when officers checked, there is no O'Donnell Police Department.
The man is charged with aggravated kidnapping and three counts of impersonating a public servant.
