A man accused of kidnapping and impersonating a police officer is free on bond.
It began Saturday morning, when Lubbock Police responded to a fight between the man and his alleged victim in the 2000 Block of North Ash.
The suspect, James Westley Parker, identified himself as a reserve police officer with the O'Donnell Police Department. However, the O'Donnell Police Department does not exist.
Parker is now charged with aggravated kidnapping and three counts of impersonating a public servant.
