Coach Knight Donates $40,000 to TTU Library

He's known as the big man on the court, but Coach Bob Knight made books his #1 priority Tuesday.

Knight donated $40,000 to the Texas Tech Library as a sign of continuing support. When he arrived in Lubbock in 2001, Knight and his wife, Karen, created the Coach Bob Knight Library Fund with a $25,000 gift. Since then, he's also donated hundreds of books from his personal library to Texas Tech.
