Four men are one step closer to prosecution in a Lubbock murder case that remained unsolved for nearly 3 years.

Authorities have linked Francisco Calderon, Daniel Jimenez Jr., Daniel Jimenez Sr., and Juan Luna to the Texas Syndicate Prison Gang. The group is accused in murders across the state.

On Tuesday, a Lubbock Grand Jury indicted these men for the murder of Armando Ybarra. Ybarra was found stabbed to death in front of the St. Elizabeth's Catholic Church, on Broadway, in August of 2002.
