The men's NCAA Basketball Tournament will continue without Texas Tech.
The Red Raiders fell to West Virginia in Albuquerque Thursday night, 65-to-60. The score remained close throughout the game as both teams went back and forth for the lead up until the final seconds.
Texas Tech Coach Bob Knight commented on the loss, saying "Both teams played really hard, right down to 45 seconds or so to play. Either team had a chance to win the ball game and I think, as almost always is the case in those situations, one team makes a couple plays and the other team doesn't, and that winds up being the difference."
