The Lubbock teens who confessed to the murder of a 7-11 clerk will stand trial.

A Lubbock Grand Jury indicted Raymon Jackson and Victoria Harris for Capital Murder. The two face life in prison or the death penalty for the death of Patricia Garcia.

The grand jury also indicted Jackson and Harris for aggravated robbery and burglary of a habitation.
