Indictment In Cingular Call Center Shooting

22-year-old Raymon Montelongo Junior will go to trial for murder.  Montelongo is accused of killing his ex-wife Erica Perez. It happened outside the Cingular Call Center, on North University, on March 3rd.

20-year-old Perez died from two gunshot wounds to the chest.
