Gender Intelligence: A Gray & White Matter

At the University of California at Irvine, researchers say new brain images actually show that the brains of men and women are different.

Men apparently have six and a half times more gray matter than women. Researchers are quick to say that has nothing to do with intelligence because the capacity for intellect is the same for men and women.

Researchers go on to explain the extra gray matter gives men a knack for processing information and for math skills. While women have a bigger supply of white matter, which makes them better at absorbing and networking information and gives them an edge in language skills.
