Former Lubbock Police Officer Pleads Guilty To Sexual Harassment

A former Lubbock Police officer escaped a jail sentence by pleading guilty to harassment.

Blake Littlejohn was originally charged with a violation of civil rights. The charge came after a traffic stop in the 1900 Block of Avenue L on June 6th, last year. According to a witness, a 20-year-old woman was escorted into the officer's vehicle and that's when she said she performed a sexual act at officer Littlejohn's request.

If Littlejohn had been convicted on his original charge, he could have gone to jail for two years. As part of the plea agreement made last month, Littlejohn will serve one year of probation and surrender his peace officer license.
