The man who led Lubbock Police on a high-speed chase twice in one week will not go to trial.
Victor Hastey was found "not competent" to stand trial during a plea negotiation conference Tuesday, April 5th. A hearing will be set to determine where he will be sent next.
Hastey has 11 charges against him, including attempted capital murder and assault with a deadly weapon. Those charges stem from two high speed chases last November.
