Jury selection will begin Wednesday for the woman accused of hitting and killing a bicyclist while she was drunk.
Callie Long faces up to 20 years in prison for the death of Brett Walrath. She is charged with intoxicated assault, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and failure to stop and render aid.
Police reports say long was drinking, with a blood alcohol level of .13 when she hit Walrath in August 2003. Walrath was riding his bike near Loop 289 and Quaker when he was hit. The 29-year-old died from his injuries three months later.
Walrath's family is also suing Outback Steakhouse for $32,500,000. Long had apparently been drinking there before she hit Walrath.
