You can't drive unless you're sober...that's what New Mexico's governor is telling drivers convicted of a DWI.
A bill was signed into law Wednesday requiring DWI offenders to have ignition interlocks in their cars. The device tests the driver's breath for alcohol and will prevent the vehicle from starting if the driver fails.
