Slaton announced Tuesday morning that Stacey Martin has been hired for the position of Head Football Coach and Athletic Director.

Martin most recently was on the Odessa Permian staff and is a former head coach at Alpine. He is highly respected in the coaching world and brings an "Earn the Right to Win" philosophy with him.

    Despite a long weather delay, the #2 Red Raiders won their 9th straight game beating Texas Southern 8-4 late Tuesday night. The game finished at 11:47pm.
