Dedication of Victim Memorial Garden - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

In honor of "National Crime Victims' Rights" week, a dedication will be held for the new Victim Memorial Garden at the Lubbock County Courthouse.

The garden is dedicated to all victims of crime and is funded by Lubbock County and a grant from the Office of Victims Crime. The dedication will be held Monday at 12:15 on the Lubbock County Courthouse lawn.
