1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple (in its own juice)
1/4 cup crushed almonds or walnuts
2 cups Old Fashioned oatmeal
3 scoops protein powder
1 cup chopped dried fruit
Combine all ingredients. Spread in 13" x 9" pan sprayed with nonstick coating. Bake at 200 for 1 1/2 hours. Store in refrigerator.
3 cups water
2 scoops protein powder (soy)
1 bag frozen unsweetened berries
1 small banana
1 1/2 Tablespoons flaxseed oil
Put all ingredients in blender and mix. Keep refrigerated.
Makes three 8 oz. servings. 175 calories; 15g protein; 15g carbohydrates; 4.5g fat/serving
