Iraq is working to draft its constitution and operate a Democracy and it's getting some help from Congressman Randy Neugebauer.
Neugebauer returned from Iraq on Tuesday. He and a congressional delegation spent the last five days meeting with newly elected Iraqi Prime Minister Ibrihim Al-Jaafari.
The delegation was also able to meet with U.S. soldiers in Baghdad and receive a briefing on the progress being made to train Iraqi security forces.
