Lubbock Arts Festival Opens - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

The Lubbock Arts Alliance is inviting you to go Under the Big Top.

That's the theme for this year's Lubbock Arts Festival where you'll find painters, sculptors, musicians and much more. The festival opens at the Civic Center Friday, April 15th and runs through Sunday, April 17th. Admission is $1, but additional tickets are available for special performances by Doug Smith and Mac Davis.
