Library Launches Food For Fines Program

It's time to turn your overdue library books into food for the hungry.

Friday and Saturday only, all Lubbock public libraries will accept canned goods in exchange for fines. One can equals $1 in fines.

All donations will benefit the South Plains Food Bank.
