Lubbock residents living in District 4, City Councilwoman Phyllis Jones wants to hear your concerns about your neighborhood.

A town hall meeting will be held Monday at 6:30pm at Honey Elementary School, at 3615 86th Street. Everyone is encouraged to attend.
