AUSTIN, TX (KCBD) -

Kirk Bohls, a sports columnist from the Austin American Statesman said on Tuesday the Texas Longhorns are interested in Texas Tech coach Tim Tadlock taking over the University of Texas baseball program.

But Tadlock himself is refuting speculation. He took to Twitter to say he is staying at Texas Tech.

Tadlock has led his Alma Mater to the College World Series two of the last three years.
