Two Homicides In Lubbock This Week - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Rex Alan Mcguire was the fourth person murdered in Lubbock this year and the second this week.

Ismael Diaz is charged with the murder of 21-year-old Hector Villareal and Aggravated Assault for the stabbing of 22-year-old Jason Delarosa. Police say Diaz approached Copper Caboose employees Villareal and Delarosa in the parking lot of the restaurant at 56th and Avenue Q Sunday night.

Diaz argued with both of them before stabbing them. Villareal died at University Medical Center. Delarosa remains in critical condition.
