A Post truck driver faces up to 30 years in prison for the deaths of three Denver City teachers.

On Thursday, a Yoakum County Jury indicted Guadalupe Medina on three counts of criminally negligent homicide with a deadly weapon. The charges stem from a fatal collision at FM 213 and 1780, last December.

Denver City Police say Medina ran a stop sign and hit a min-van. Teachers, Veronica Flores, Marina Natividad and Rosie Garza were killed.

Saturday, Kelly-Dodson Elementary in Denver City will be planting flowers in honor of the teachers.
