LUBBOCK COUNTY, TX (KCBD) -

Jury selection begins Monday morning for 31-year-old Joshua Jackson of Lubbock.

According to court documents, in April of 2015, an officer with the Lubbock Police Department received a tip that Jackson would be trafficking a large amount of marijuana into Lubbock County.

Officers followed up on that tip and pulled Jackson over and used a K9 unit to search his vehicle.

According to court documents, Lubbock County Sheriff's deputies removed 10 duffel bags from the car, each containing multiple bags of what they believed to be marijuana.

Jackson was arrested and later charged with possession of marijuana between 50 to 2,000 pounds.

His trial is scheduled to begin Tuesday.
