Betenbough Homes has teamed up with fitness experts across the South Plains to bring you a fun-filled Saturday. 

Kick off your weekend with helpful fitness tips designed for busy families. 

There will be Zumba instructors on site bringing people together while combining all elements of fitness like cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. 

You can challenge yourself to reach the top of the YWCA's rock climbing wall. 

Discover Crossfit for Kids with MXT Crossfit instructors who can help your family complete a workout of the day, something you can recreate at home.

If you have a little one, you may want to try out Mommy & Me Yoga. Experience the serenity of yoga with instructors from the Yoga Salon. You can learn basic poses you can do at home with your family. 

There will also be healthy snack available at the event courtesy of Healthy Meals To Go. 

Learn health tips with experts from the Texas Tech College of Nutritional Sciences. You can also pick up a recipe card complete with healthy meal ideas. 

Texas Tech athletes will be on site taking pictures with guests at the Red Raider photo booth. 

The athletes will talk about how nutrition and health has played a huge role in their athletic careers. 

There will also be music and entertainment provided by DJ Matador. 

This event kicks off at the Betenbough New Home Center, which is located at 6517 82nd Street in Lubbock.

This free event starts at 10 a.m. and runs until 12 p.m.
