Texas approves tax credit for Plainview housing project

PLAINVIEW, TX (KCBD) -

The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs has approved a 9 percent housing tax credit for the Hilton Hotel project in Plainview.

The MRE Capital renovation of the building, called Conrad Lofts, will have 27 units with one to three bedrooms.

Construction is set to start this fall, with a scheduled open date of December 2017.
