It’s known that most kids who play the game of baseball dream of playing for their local high school.
And for the select kids who do make the high school team, they dream of moving on to the next level.
Well that dream came true today for Shallowater Mustang, Noah Coronado.
Today he signed his commitment papers to go play baseball at Midland College, and he says this is what he's been working towards.
“It has been a dream of mine since I was a little kid, to go play baseball at the next level. And, to that and make it to state this year in baseball, and there's a chance we can possible go to the World Series in Midland makes it even more special,” Coronado says.
“It will kick in tonight, I will realize that I am not a high school student anymore and it's time for me to grow up. But, I’ve been wanting to do this since I was a little kid and to know that I’ve been doing this my whole life is special because not everyone gets to do this,” says Noah Coronado.
