Lubbock Man Indicted In Unsolved Murder Case - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Albert Martinez will stand trial for the 1996 murder of Eva Camacho Garcia.

A Lubbock Grand Jury indicted the 36-year-old Tuesday, on one count of capital murder.

Garcia was found dead, naked in the bushes of a downtown Lubbock church. Nearly nine years later, police connected Martinez to the crime scene using DNA evidence.
